These terms govern the booking and provision of private tour services by Discover London Tours (Discover London Tours Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company no. 07322369). By making an enquiry or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Discover London Tours is a trading name of Discover London Tours Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07322369), with its registered office at 10 Faringdon Ave, Bromley, BR2 8BS. All bookings are made through our website enquiry form, by email or by telephone. When you send an enquiry, no payment is taken and no contract yet exists.
We will reply to your enquiry, normally within 24 hours, with a personalised offer confirming the tour, date, vehicle and price. A booking becomes confirmed only once we have issued you a written confirmation and any agreed deposit or payment has been received.
It is your responsibility to check that all details on your confirmation are correct and to notify us immediately of any errors.
Unless stated otherwise, our prices are per vehicle and include your private driver, collection from and return to your central London location, and all applicable taxes.
Prices do not include entrance fees to attractions, meals, gratuities, or a Blue Badge guide, unless expressly stated. These can be arranged on request and may be added to your quote.
Prices quoted are valid for the dates and party size specified in your offer. Changes to your itinerary, dates or group size may affect the price.
Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due date, will be set out in your written offer. We will tell you clearly which payment methods are accepted at the time of booking.
Until payment terms are agreed and confirmed in writing, no booking is guaranteed.
If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable charges will depend on how much notice you give and any costs we have already incurred on your behalf (such as pre-booked tickets), and will be explained to you at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to make changes to a tour where necessary — for example due to weather, traffic, road closures, attraction closures or other circumstances beyond our control — and will always aim to offer a suitable alternative of similar value.
In the rare event that we must cancel your tour, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund of sums paid to us for the cancelled service.
You agree to be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location, and to treat your driver, guide, vehicle and fellow passengers with respect.
We may decline to carry, or may end the tour of, any person whose behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or likely to cause distress to others, without refund.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
Discover London Tours provides its services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, nor for the content, opening times, pricing or closure of third-party attractions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We strongly recommend that all clients hold appropriate travel insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
